Student Admission includes:

1x ticket to the 2 day conference including access to exhibition area, main stage lectures, and food and beverages (2 & 3^rd February 2025).
1x FREE workshop (seats are limited - available until sessions are fully booked).
Gala Dinner is not Included to Student Admission. Student ID have to be presented upon arrival, other way organizer has a right to cancel registration without refund.

Tickets are refundable if cancelled on or before 31 December 2024.
The Early Bird tiered discounts will expire the day before the next time bracket. Please ensure to register and complete the payment in advance of this date to avoid disappointment. Once we enter the next time bracket, we will not be able to honor the previous price (regardless of reasons). Thanks for your understanding.
